About the Program
PBACO is excited to offer our Summer 2026 Internship Program, designed to provide students with hands-on experience, professional development, and meaningful exposure to the healthcare and business environment. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to real-world projects, and gain insight into PBACO’s mission and operations at our corporate headquarters.

Program Highlights
10–12 week immersive, in-office program (June–August 2026)
Orientation and leadership kickoff at the PBACO corporate office
Weekly leadership feedback and coaching to support professional growth
Collaboration with fellow interns across departments and tracks
Capstone-style final presentation showcasing project work and learnings
End-of-program celebration event with PBACO leadership and team members
What You’ll Do
Support departmental initiatives and special projects aligned with your internship track
Gain exposure to real-world business and healthcare operations in a corporate office setting
Participate in leadership development sessions and professional coaching
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other interns
Present project outcomes and key learnings at the conclusion of the program
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
Ability to work in-office at PBACO’s corporate office in Palm Springs, FL for the duration of the program
Strong interest in one of the listed internship tracks
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow in a professional environment
