Open to current high school juniors or graduating seniors from the School District of Palm Beach County, as well as School District of Palm Beach County graduates who are currently enrolled in a college or university.
Interns earn $15 per hour.
Seven-hour work days in June and July 2026.

Job Description: Interns will support the Department of Strategic Communications & Engagement in promoting the School District of Palm Beach County’s 183 schools as the community's best choice for education through multimedia content creation, website management, media relations, crisis communications, and public records management. This role involves writing, editing, and producing high-quality content for The Education Network (TEN) that highlights school successes and Districtwide initiatives. Interns gain hands-on experience in web design and development by maintaining the District’s public and internal websites and auditing digital content for WCAG accessibility standards to ensure all families are served. Additionally, interns support District transparency by assisting with public records requests, gaining professional experience with the legal requirements of records retention and redaction in a government setting.
