Description:
This is an unpaid summer internship role located in Lake Worth with some hybird work possible (applicants must be willing to travel throughout Palm Beach County). As a Summer Intern at Habitat for Humanity GPBC, you will be involved in day-to-day administrative tasks related to supporting the organization's mission and work. We are looking for interns across multiple departments, including our ReStores (thrift stores), marketing and communications, adminstrative work, and more.
Qualifications/Requirements Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, have their own transportation and be willing to commit to the full 8 weeks of the internship (June 2, 2026 - July 31, 2026). Applicants must undergo a criminal background check and drug screening upon selection to the internship program.
Communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Office365 and other computer programs is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Basic knowledge of Habitat's work and mission is a plus
Passion for social impact and community service
Currently enrolled in college or university
