Open to current high school juniors or graduating seniors from the School District of Palm Beach County, as well as School District of Palm Beach County graduates who are currently enrolled in a college or university.
Interns earn $15 per hour.
Seven-hour work days in June and July 2026.

Leadership Development Intern
Open to High School Students - 1 position available
(Location: 3300 Forest Hill Blvd)

Job Description: The Leadership Development Intern will support the work our department oversees. We provide professional development, coaching, and mentoring to school leaders across the District. The intern will have the opportunity to learn project management while working with the team to plan for programming in FY27. The intern will be utilizing people skills, planning for professional learning, providing quality customer service, and gaining real life experiences in the workplace.
