Key Responsibilities:
  • Copies and assembles materials for program needs.
  • Prepares handouts for activities and trainings.
  • Answers telephones, greets visitors, and completes intake forms.
  • Files paperwork and maintains records.
  • Assists in collection maintenance.
  • Enters program data.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Description:

Qualifications:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older AND a current student of an accredited schooling program, university, or college.

Preference for Experience:

  • With multi-line telephone systems, computers, office equipment, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets; working independently with a keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy.
