Savor Our City is an award-winning, culinary-focused event planning company based in Boca Raton, FL, specializing in curating unique, interactive culinary experiences for corporate groups, social gatherings, and city-wide celebrations. From food tours and cooking competitions to mixology classes and wine etiquette workshops, our mission is to create meaningful connections through food, culture, and community.
We are producing a big community event in Mizner Park on Dec 6th as part of the City of Boca's Centennial Celebration so we are looking for someone who can hit the ground and help us get flyers up in business windows and get students and companies to register teams to compete in our photo scavenger hunt and help with securing sponsorships.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
Learn and apply AI tools for scheduling newsletters, blog posts, and other digital content
Assist with CRM/database management to maintain client and vendor contacts
Help with business development tasks, including outreach to restaurants, venues, and sponsors
Conduct local business outreach for event partnerships and sponsorships
Update and maintain content on the WordPress website (experience a plus)
Provide light graphic design support for flyers, social posts, and presentations (Canva or Adobe Suite experience a plus)
Perform general support tasks as needed by the owner
